• Market tour for the ingredients 
• Welcome drinks (agua fresca) and history of Mexican cuisine
• Brief rundown of the recipes 
• Cook different types of tacos like al pastor, barbacoa, and campechano
• Learn to prepare the traditional Mexican salsas for tacos
• Have a hands-on experience with top of the line kitchen amenities
• Ask questions from your expert local chef
• Eat what you cooked!

This Mexican Salsa Mastery Class runs thrice daily from Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 9:30 AM – 2:o0 PM.

This is a small group tour where you will join other travelers (10 per group).

Customized and private tours are free to choose any time and date they prefer (up to 15 people).
