Juan was awesome! Both friendly and patient (he had to wait over 30 minutes as our friends decided to bring check-in baggage!). Plus, he then took us to the local supermarket so we could grab a few things on the way to Sayulita. On pickup for our return trip, he was on time and helped us navigate the airport quickly! Let’s discuss the obvious concern – the upfront money payment: we paid online the day before and we received an email the following morning, the very morning of our trip, confirming our ride. These days trust is an odd commodity – but you can have trust in this service as they came through for us perfectly.

Juan was amazing. Communication was great via What’sApp. He picked us up on time and even took us to the market to pick up groceries and sand toys for our kids on the way to Sayulita. He parked across the bridge, met me at OXXO then took my luggage back across the bridge to his car, we then stopped by the supermarket and were on our way to Sayulita. He’s responsive on WhatsApp and was chatting (if you want to chat) with me in English through the car ride. Highly recommend!

Juan’s service was exceptional! We had a complex schedule transporting our family or four to and from Sayulita at different times on different dates. Juan handled everything graciously with calm, patience, humor, and savvy. I enjoyed conversing with him in my broken Spanish together with his basic English. He was very punctual and knowledgeable about the area, including rapid Covid testing sites which was a source of anxiety for me as I have not been out of country since pandemic hit. No doubt about it, we were grateful to Juan and look forward to seeing him again.

I’m so glad we found Juan on Mexicoinsider – he met our flight from Léon at PV airport (there was a little confusion at the OXXO but we found each other eventually). The trip to Sayulita was slower than normal because of an accident on the highway so we couldn’t go the the supermarket as we had hoped, but of course that wasn’t Juan’s fault! Aside from those tiny glitches the trip was a pleasure. His taxi was spotless and his driving excellent and professional. He was cheerful and attentive but not too chatty, which I appreciated. Hola! I wanted to say thanks to PS I’m On My Way to connecting me with Juan! At first I thought who books through Pinterest for a ride from Puerto Vallarta Airport to Sayulita.. Is it Legit?…. IT IS! I was so happy to connect with Juan who wasn’t available to pick me up on my arrival date but he schedule Michelle in his place and she was wonderful. I don’t speak a lot of Spanish and she doesn’t speak a lot of English, however together we were able to have a conversation and I arrived at my hostel safe and sound. She gladly offered to do my return trip or additional trips in the area. I highly recommend this affordable transfer to Sayulita!

Wow this was so easy! As soon as we got out of the airport we walked over to the Oxxo liquor store across the way and waited to be picked up. Juan didn’t pick us up but he had Michelle pick us up instead. She was super nice. The day before we left I messaged Juan to confirm our pickup. He was there right on time and knew exactly where to go and was just the best. He does have a great energy and we felt super safe with him. Juan is amazing! My family and I went with him and Michelle. They were so kind to wait for us while we do some quick shopping at the Mega. To everyone reading this post, there are no supermarkets in Sayulita so when you get picked up at the airport, swing by Mega, Costco or Walmart in Puerto Vallarta if you want to have some supplies in your accommodations in Sayulita. I am sure Trisha already shared that tip but thanks to Juan for waiting for us at Mega! Good driver and highly recommended
