🚖 Before you go
- Instant confirmation upon booking. We have many drivers in the area
- You will receive an e-mail from our office asking you for the details of your arrival at Guanajuato International Airport (BJX).
- As soon as we have all the details we need from you, you will receive complete instructions on how to meet your driver.
- The driver will communicate with you via Whatsapp so make sure you have the app downloaded before you board your flight.
- Our customer support via Whatsapp will be on standby until you are with the driver
🛬 Arrival at Guanajuato International Airport (BJX)
- The driver will inform you and send you a meet-up location.
- BJX Airport is a busy airport so limit pick-up time to 3 minutes.
- Get to your accommodation in Santa Rosa safely.
- Our Whatsapp number is also open from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Pacific Daylight Time) in case you are having trouble communicating with your driver.
