We’re a group of girls who love food, and let’s just say this class in Oaxaca absolutely exceeded all of our expectations! We’ve taken cooking classes before, but this experience was on another level. Not only did we learn how to cook authentic Oaxacan dishes, but we were immersed in the deep-rooted traditions and flavors that make Oaxacan cuisine truly special. The whole day felt like a celebration of food, culture, and friendship. Sonia, took us on a tour where we got to pick our own herbs and vegetables. We made Mole Negro, Tlayudas, and even tried our hand at making Oaxacan cheese! And let’s not forget the unlimited mezcal drinks! If you’re thinking of taking a cooking class in Oaxaca, do yourself a favor and book this one. It’s not just a cooking class; it’s an experience that you’ll cherish forever. We can’t recommend it highly enough!

With love and a whole lot of foodie enthusiasm,
